Wyze Wits has four lifetime VIP tiers—Apprentice (0+), Spellcaster (2,000+), Archmage (10,000+), and Etherlord (50,000+)—based on your total points earned over time. As you climb, you earn points faster and unlock bigger perks like early access, exclusive rewards, and special benefits at checkout.

What is Wyze Wits?
Wyze Wits is our rewards program. Earn points for purchases and select actions, then redeem those points for free products, discounts, and other perks.
How do I join?
Create or sign in to your Wyze account and tap Join Wyze Wits in the floating widget on Wyze.com.
Where do I check my points?
Open the floating Wyze Wits widget (bottom-right on Wyze.com) or go to www.wyze.com/pages/rewards. You’ll see your balance, available rewards, and tier.
When do points show up?
Points for orders post after your payment is captured. If an order is refunded or canceled, related points are removed.
How do I spend points?
Open the widget → How to spend points → pick a reward → Redeem. Your redeemed reward appears under View your rewards. Tap it and Checkout to apply it.
Can I stack rewards?
No—one reward per order. Save others for next time.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 24 months after they’re earned if not used. The widget shows your expiring points if applicable.
Do tiers expire?
No. VIP tiers are lifetime. Once you reach a tier, you keep it.

What do tiers do?
Higher tiers earn points faster and unlock priority perks and early access benefits. Your tier is shown at the top of the widget.
Do I earn points on subscriptions?
Not yet— but we are working on it!
Can I earn points in the app and on the website?
Yes. Your points and rewards are shared across Wyze.com and the Wyze app (same account).
Can I use a coupon and a points reward?
Some promotions can’t be combined. If a combination isn’t allowed, the cart will show which option is eligible.
What if I redeemed the wrong reward?
Open View your rewards. If the reward is still unused, you may be able to cancel it to return points to your balance (availability varies). Otherwise, contact Support.
Do free-product rewards include shipping?
If you redeemed Free Shipping, it will apply. Otherwise, standard shipping may apply at checkout (subject to carrier/service selection).
I returned an item—what happens to my points?
Points from the returned order are removed. If those points were already redeemed, the associated reward may be canceled.
Can I transfer or merge points between accounts?
No. Points and tiers aren’t transferable and can’t be merged across accounts.
I don’t see the widget—what should I do?
Make sure you’re signed in, refresh the page, and temporarily disable content blockers. You can also access Wyze Wits via Account in the app.
Will there be more ways to earn?
Yes. We periodically add limited-time and new earn actions. Check the widget’s How to earn points often.
What if my points look wrong?
Give it a few minutes after payment capture. Still off? Contact Support with your order number and a screenshot of your widget balance.
Can my account be flagged for abuse?
Yes. Fraudulent or automated activity, resale intent, or violation of program rules may result in point reversal, reward cancellation, or account closure per our Terms.
