Which security plan do I actually need?
One or two cameras and you just want smart alerts? Cam Plus. Three or more cameras? Cam Unlimited covers them all on one plan and adds Friendly Faces and a shared timeline. Want the AI to describe events, keep 60 days of history, and be able to dispatch help? Cam Unlimited Pro.
Cam Plus is per camera — when is Unlimited cheaper?
Cam Plus is $2.99/mo per camera — $5.98 for two, $8.97 for three. Around three cameras you're paying about the same as one Cam Unlimited plan ($9.99) that covers them all, and by your fourth camera Unlimited is clearly cheaper.
Can I keep my recordings longer than 14 days?
Yes — add Cloud 60 to any eligible camera on Cam Plus or Cam Unlimited to extend its cloud event history from 14 to 60 days, for $2.99/mo per camera. It's already included on every camera with Cam Unlimited Pro.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Move up when you add cameras or want more AI, move down if your needs change. No contracts, and you can cancel whenever you like.
Do these work with my Wyze cameras?
All plans work with current Wyze cameras. The only exceptions are the original Wyze Cam v1 and some early outdoor models. If you can add it in the app, it's supported.
Is Friendly Faces available everywhere?
Facial recognition is unavailable in Illinois and limited in a few states (including California, Colorado, Texas, Oregon, Washington and others) due to local law. Every other feature works as described.
