We designed the interface to be immediately familiar. Everything is right where you expect it to be, with simple icons and clear labels. Here's a quick peek at the main sections:
Home
This is your main dashboard. It’s where you’ll find a clean, at-a-glance view of your devices. You can put your Favorites right at the top for quick access, see the status of all your connected devices, and access your custom automations. It’s everything you need for daily control, perfectly organized.
Events
Have you ever missed a notification or couldn't remember what time the delivery driver came? The Events section solves that! It’s your notification log, saving every important moment. Whether it’s a person showing up at your front door or your backyard camera noticing movement, every alert is logged here for you to review later.
And if you're looking for something specific, you can easily use the filters to search for particular notifications, like "Person" or "Package." The only thing it won't log is your forgotten password (you're on your own for that one).
Monitoring
If you’ve taken the step to protect your home with our professional monitoring service, this section is your command center. It allows you to quickly arm or disarm your system and gives you full visibility into the current status of all your security devices and sensors. It’s your peace of mind, just a tap away.
Shop

Account
This is your personal settings hub—the place to take care of business. Here, you can manage your account details, control your Wyze subscriptions (like Cam Plus or Home Monitoring), and fine-tune your overall app settings to make the Wyze experience perfectly tailored to you.
Adding a Device
We make adding any new Wyze gear fast and super simple. It only takes a few taps to get your new Wyze device connected and working with your smarthome dashboard, making sure the most strenuous part of the process is opening the box.
Just tap the plus sign (+) in the top left corner of your Home screen and select "Add Device." The app will then walk you through a quick setup process for that specific product.
While the core process is simple across the board, there are minor, logical differences: for example, setting up a Wyze Cam involves scanning a QR code, while pairing a Wyze Scale involves a quick Bluetooth handshake. No matter the product, we’ve got your back with clear, simple guidance every step of the way.
Automate Your Smarthome

Shortcuts
Think of Shortcuts like a single, master button that does three things at once. They bundle multiple device controls into one single command. For example, you can set up a 'Going to Bed' Shortcut that simultaneously turns off a fan connected to your Wyze Plug, locks your Wyze Lock Bolt, and turns off all your Wyze Bulb Colors. You can quickly set up helpful routines, using names like 'Movie Time,' 'Guest Mode,' and 'All Off' to get you started quickly.
Schedule
Use Schedule to set your devices up based on the time of day or day of the week. This is perfect for setting routines that simplify your life. It's a huge time-saver. You'll use that saved time wisely, we're sure. For example, you can schedule your Wyze Bulbs to gently turn on every day at 6:00 PM and off at 11:00 PM, ensuring you never come home to a dark house again.
Device & Service Triggers
This powerful feature lets you string together actions across multiple devices. One device's activity can trigger another device to act. For instance, you can set a rule that when your Wyze Lock detects you've opened the door, it triggers your Wyze Bulbs to immediately turn on the entryway lights. You don't even have to think about it.
Location Trigger
This is automation that simply knows where you are. It works by reading your phone's location—a neat trick called Geofencing—so the app can automate devices. For example, you can set up a Location Trigger so your Wyze Solar Cam Pan automatically jumps into action, starting to record events and motion right when you leave your neighborhood. Your home is officially working smarter, not harder.
