Wyze Wits Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Wyze Wits™ Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Wyze Labs, Inc. (“Wyze,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with the Wyze Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

  1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of the United States;

• Are at least 18 years of age; and

• Have an active Wyze account.

Employees, contractors, resellers, and affiliates of Wyze are not eligible unless expressly authorized in writing by Wyze.

Wyze may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion for any conduct it deems fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

  1. Enrollment

Enrollment is automatic upon creation of a Wyze account.

No purchase is necessary to join.

Wyze reserves the right to require additional verification or to revoke enrollment if Program eligibility is not met.

  1. Earning Wits

3.1 How to Earn

Program members earn Wyze Wits Wits (“Wits”) through eligible purchases made directly from Wyze.com and through other approved activities described on Wyze.com.

Eligible purchases exclude taxes, shipping, discounts, and gift card purchases.

3.2 Bonus Opportunities

Wyze may, from time to time, offer limited-time or promotional opportunities to earn additional Wits for specific actions (for example: signing up for the newsletter, following Wyze on social media, completing review activities, or participating in seasonal campaigns).

Such opportunities are subject to change or removal without notice.

3.3 Posting and Adjustments

Wits are typically posted to your account within 7–14 days after an order ships.

Wyze may adjust or revoke Wits for any reason, including returns, refunds, cancellations, or suspected misuse.

Wits earned through purchases that are later refunded or disputed will be deducted from your balance.

  1. Wits Value and Use

Wits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable, assignable, or combinable with other accounts or promotions unless explicitly stated by Wyze.

Wyze, in its sole discretion, determines the number of Wits required to obtain any reward, which may vary by product, promotion, or time period.

Wyze may, at any time and without notice, change the number of Wits required for any reward.

  1. Redeeming Wits

Wits may be redeemed through the Wyze Rewards Vault or during checkout at Wyze.com, subject to availability and applicable limits.

• Only one (1) reward may be redeemed per order.

• Rewards may not be combined, stacked, or applied retroactively.

• Rewards are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued without notice.

• Wyze may substitute any reward of equal or greater value if a listed reward is unavailable.

Physical rewards may have redemption limits per customer (for example, 2 per 12-month period).

  1. Tiers

The Program features multiple lifetime tiers based on total Wits earned from eligible purchases.

Maximum earn rate, elite perks, and exclusive opportunities

Once achieved, tier status does not expire; however, Wyze may revoke or modify tier status for account misuse, fraud, or refund-based manipulation, as determined by Wyze in its sole discretion.

Wyze may adjust tier thresholds, names, benefits, or qualifications at any time without notice.

  1. Wit Expiration

Wits remain active for two (2) years from the date they are earned.

Unused Wits will automatically expire after that period.

Wyze is not required to provide notice of expiration but may do so as a courtesy.

Expired Wits cannot be reinstated.

  1. Refunds, Adjustments, and Account Maintenance

Returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders are not eligible to earn Wits.

If a reward was redeemed and the associated purchase is returned, Wyze reserves the right to revoke equivalent Wits or deduct Wits of equal value from the member’s balance.

Wyze may review member account activity at any time. Wits or tier status earned through error, abuse, or misuse (including multiple accounts, order manipulation, or automation) are subject to forfeiture, as determined by Wyze in its sole discretion.

  1. Program Modification and Termination

Wyze may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed Wits and rewards will be forfeited immediately and have no value thereafter.

Wyze may also restrict access to certain rewards, events, or features as part of ongoing changes to the Program.

  1. Privacy

Participation in the Program is subject to the Wyze Privacy Policy.

By participating, you agree that Wyze may collect, use, and share information related to your participation for program administration and marketing purposes.
