PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO THE CAM UNLIMITED SPECIAL OFFER. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SPECIAL OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE SPECIAL OFFER.

1. SPECIAL OFFER

1.1. The Cam Unlimited special offer ("Special Offer") allows new subscribers to Cam Unlimited who are not current Cam Plus Unlimited or Cam Unlimited subscribers, to access the Cam Unlimited subscription for $99.99 for the first 1 year and claim a free White Wyze Cam v4 with their purchase. ("Promotional Period").

2. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

2.1. At the end of the Promotional Period (1 year), your subscription will automatically renew at the standard annual subscription rate of $99.99 per year unless canceled.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The Special Offer is only valid for new subscribers to Cam Unlimited who are not currently subscribed to Cam Plus Unlimited or Cam Unlimited. Customers who have had any active Cam Unlimited or Cam Plus Unlimited subscription as of May 8th, 2024 (11:59 PM PST) are not eligible.

3.2. The Special Offer is valid only for subscribers located within the United States.

3.3. The Special Offer is only valid from May 9th 2024 (at 9AM PST) - May 10th, 2024 (at 9AM PST).

3.4. After the dates above, the promotion cannot be retroactively applied.

3.5. Promotion only available via the link in the marketing message provided to the customer.

3.6. In order to claim this offer, you must be logged in using the email address associated with your Wyze account to take full advantage of this special offer at checkout.

3.8. Customers must add both the Cam Unlimited Annual plan and the Wyze Cam v4 to their cart and checkout with both to receive the offer.

3.9. Customers will not be granted a free Wyze Cam v4 if a Cam Unlimited Annual plan was purchased without adding a Wyze Cam v4 to their cart and checking out with both.

3.9.1 This offer is limited to one free Wyze Cam v4 per customer account and shipping address. Wyze reserves the right to request additional verification, such as email address, phone number, or billing address, to confirm eligibility.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. Payment of $99.99 is due upon subscription to the Special Offer.

4.2. The standard annual subscription rate of $99.99 will be charged automatically at the end of the Promotional Period unless canceled.

4.3. This promotion is 100% non-refundable. 

4.4 It is incumbent upon the user to read the terms and conditions to understand if they are eligible for the promotion above before claiming the offer.

4.5 Customers will not be granted any refunds for any current Cam Unlimited or Cam Plus Unlimited plans if taking advantage of this offer.

4.6 Customers will not be granted any refunds for current Wyze subscriptions after claiming this offer. 

5. CANCELLATION

5.1. You may cancel your subscription to Cam Unlimited plan at any time.

5.2. To avoid being charged the standard annual rate, you must cancel before the end of the Promotional Period.

5.3. Customers who cancel their Cam Unlimited plan will be deducted the $35.98 price of White Wyze Cam v4.

6. USE OF SERVICES

6.1. The Cam Unlimited subscription grants you access to the services and features available as part of the subscription.

6.2. You agree to use the services in accordance with our terms of use and privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SPECIAL OFFER OR ANY SERVICES, (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SPECIAL OFFER OR SERVICES, OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION.

8.1. THE SPECIAL OFFER AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Special Offer after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
