What counts as a "successful referral?"

A successful referral is when a friend, new to Wyze, makes any purchase on wyze.com using your unique referral link. This must be their first purchase on wyze.com to count as a referral.

 

How will I know if I have successfully referred someone?

We will send you an email letting you know if someone you've referred has made a purchase on wyze.com and in that email will be a 10% off coupon for you. Once you have successfully referred 5 friends, a separate email with a coupon code for a free Wyze Cam OG will be sent your way.* You may also check the status of your current referrals by visiting this page (wyze.com/pages/refer-a-friend) and logging into the referral program with your name and email address. From there, you can click on the tab that says "Your Referrals."

*Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to review your referrals and process the coupon code for your free Wyze Cam OG.

 

How will you send me my free Wyze Cam OG?

We will send you an email with a coupon code worth the cost of the Wyze Cam OG. You can use that coupon code to purchase a Wyze Cam OG or take credit off the price of anything else on wyze.com.

 

I don't want a Wyze Cam OG, can I get something else?

Yes. You can put your coupon code towards any item on wyze.com.

 

If I refer 3 people, does that mean I get 30% off my order?

No. Coupon codes do not stack. In this scenario, you will receive three separate 10% off coupons that you can use on separate orders. Each code is unique and only good for a single use.

 

I can't get this to work. Help!

The most common reason for broken referrals are incorrect copying of the coupon code, referring someone you've already referred before, referring someone who is already a wyze.com customer, or by using a code twice. Those situations are not eligible for referral and the referral software will not grant your friend a code. If none of those things are an issue, please reach out to our Wizards Team at support.wyze.com
